Impact
- NMSD
- J-Link
Applications will not function.
- Library
Files – After applying the NMSD fix, the CPU Usage will increase
significantly after starting a J-Link Application.

Resolution – Please refer to Impact section to determine which resolution steps
are necessary for your system then the Files and
Instructions section to obtain related updates.
- NMSD - This file is required to run
the current Release and Build of software you have installed.
This file will replace the current NMSD file in your current
installations allowing them to function beyond January 10, 2004.
When available, download the files and follow the Instructions
for NMSD below.
- Library Files – This file is required in
order to resolve performance degradation introduced after updating the
NMSD file for the corresponding Pro/ENGINEER installation.

file, secondary and backup servers available to minimize waiting.)

ALL platforms, please download the zip or tar file below and extract
the library file. Please place this file in the <Pro/ENGINEER
Loadpoint>\<machine type>\lib directory.
