Pro/PDM Release 3.7 - Timeout Resource Page

This Product Resource page covers the impact the Timeout issue has on this product/release, what options are available to address the impact, and provide additional information including Files and Instructions necessary to resolve the Timeout issue.

This will impact Pro/PDM Release 3.7 client ONLY.  The Pro/PDM Server is NOT affected.

Impact – Current known areas affected by the timeout issue.

Resolution – Description of the actions required to resolve affected areas.

Files and Instruction – Links to updates required and instructions on how they should be applied.

Impact

• PTC/Setup - None.
• NMSD - Pro/PDM will not be able to launch linked sessions of Pro/ENGINEER. Pro/ENGINEER will not be able to effectively communicate with Pro/PDM.

Note:  All Platforms are unaffected by the PTC/Setup issue for Pro/PDM Release 3.7.

Resolution – Please refer to Impact section to determine which resolution steps are necessary for your system then the Files and Instructions section to obtain related updates.

• NMSD – This file is required to run the current Release and Build of software you have installed.  This file will replace the current NMSD file in your current installations allowing them to function beyond January 10, 2004.  When available, download the files and follow the Instructions for NMSD below.
