Impact
- PTC/Setup - None
- Windchill Workgroup Manager for Pro/ENGINEER
o
Pro/ENGINEER
will not start from a Windchill Workgroup Manager Workspace.
o
Users will
not be able to open a Pro/ENGINEER model from a Workspace
- Windchill Visualization Service
(WVS)
o
Windchill
will not be able to generate Pro/ENGINEER viewables.
Note: All
Platforms are unaffected by the PTC/Setup issue for Windchill Release
5.1.

Workgroup Manager for Pro/ENGINEER

Important
Note:
If you are using Windchill Release 5.1 (all DSU levels) with the
Workgroup Manager for Pro/ENGINEER please contact PTC Technical Support
o
NMSD - This
update will allow Pro/ENGINEER to start from a Windchill Workgroup
Manager for Pro/ENGINEER Workspace. This
downloadable file will replace the current NMSD file in your Pro/ENGINEER
installation. Please follow the instructions listed for appropriate
release of Pro/ENGINEER at the location listed below.
- Windchill Visualization Service (WVS)
o
NMSD - The Pro/ENGINEER software that is being accessed by
the Windchill Visualization Service CAD Worker must have the new NMSD file
applied or must be upgraded to Pro/ENGINEER 2001 Datecode 2003441 (or
later).
