This presentation shows how Mathcad and Intercomm may be combined to assist in the verification of Electrical Engineering Designs.

ProductView ECAD Compare 9.0 and ProductView Validate 9.0, major new technlogy initiatives for the PCB design industry, allow for comparing of two PCB design revisions in any combination of three basic board design abstrations: Schematic, Layout, and Gerber. It analyzes and reports parametric as well as geometric differences, codifies results in XML-encoded structures, and provides platform-independent Web browser-based functionality to navigate results. This demonstration presents these capabilities within PTC's Windchll 9.0 environment.

This demonstration shows an example of how Mathcad may be used in conjunction with InterComm to provide thorough and efficient electrical design calculations and analyses on the actual production intent PCB database outside of the ECAD environment.
