Description
- After license update, ThingWorx fails to start with error in \ThingworxStorage\logs\ApplicationLog.log
ThingWorx instance fails to start up License file is renamed to ignored_license_capability_response.bin Unable to fetch license file with device id ######
- ThingWorx fails to start with license file generated with Device ID found in \ThingworxPlatform\licenseRequestFile.txt
- Confirmed that license file is named as license_capability_response.bin and file has required permissions
- Performed license update process using disconnected mode however license_capability_response.bin is renamed to ignored_license_capability_response.bin
