Description
- What changes were made at the Theorem 18.2 CADverter release that prevent generation of the PDF (2D) Thumbnail Image in this and all subsequent CADverter releases?
- Why is my Theorem CADverter failing to generate 2D Thumbnail Images for CATIA V5 CATDrawings published as PDF Representations?
- 2D Thumbnail images for CATDrawing files are not being created by the CATIA V5 CAD Worker and are instead failing over to server-side thumbgen
- The Theorem CADverter based CATIA V5 worker can no longer generate Thumbnails for PDF files
- I need a way of configuring the CATIA V5 CAD worker to create Thumbnails for CATDrawings published as PDF, because my Windchill server is on Linux (RHEL) and cannot generate them either
- Why is CATIA V5 CAD Worker Thumbnail Generator failing with the following error for Drawings:
catia5_pv Error:13023: Thumbnail generation failed
- The verbose logging for the Thumbnail Generator reports the following error:
pvsthumb Error:42021: Initialization error. Cannot load pdf libraries
