Selecting and copying all the roles and members of a Change Request team throws "null" error in Windchill PDMLink 10.1

- Cannot copy a Change Request team
- Error "null" is displayed on the screen as below :
- Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to Details page of a Change Request
- Add new Tab
- Select Customize
- Select Members under Collaboration
- Now, all the team roles and members for the change request are displayed
- Select all the roles and members
- Select Copy (using the copy icon or from Actions)
- MethodServer log error is as shown below:
