Description
- After the upgrade, Arbortext Publishing Engine (APE) won't start
- PE Diagnostics program shows COM error
- Error "Unable to register COM class object" thrown while starting APE Interactive
- PE Test page shows "Unknown until first subprocess invocation"
- License tab on PE Index Page is taking longer and shows error:
All subprocesses are currently busy.
