Description
- Using XP computer with English locale
- Want Japanese font for editor menus
- Can't get Japanes fonts for menus
- Using these settings on regional and language settings panel:
Regional Options-> Standards and formats=Japanese.
Regional Options-> Location=United States.
Languages-> Text services and input languages-> Details-> Default input language=English
Advanced-> Language for non-Unicode programs=Japanese
- Also using this environment variable:
LC_MESSAGES=jpn
