Description
- Arbortext Worker does not start when Windchill is configured as a Windows Service
- Trying to start SIS worker and receiving an error in the UI "Worker Agent Returned Error Failed to send message to CadAgent".
- SIS Worker does not start when Windchill is configured as a Windows Service
- It will run as expected if Windchill is not started as a service of windows
- Error reports as below:
WorkerDaemon: Error: Could not find or load main class com.ptc.wvs.server.cadagent.GenericWorker.
- This error is seen even though sim.server is set correctly:
The required sim.server property was not specified within the wvssis.properties configuration file
