Description
- The purpose of this article is to document the scope of support that PTC Technical Support can provide to customers installing and configuring the supported version of the third party Adobe LiveCycle Server and Adobe Experience Manager products in the context of integration with the Adapter for PDF or Visualization Services products
- PTC leverages Adobe LiveCycle Server technology at Creo Elements/View 13.0 F000 or later releases of the Adapter for PDF and with Windchill Visualization Services (WVS) at:
- Windchill PDMLink 10.0 F000 or later
- Windchill PDMLink 9.1 M070
- It is leveraged in the following ways:
- Creo View Adapter for PDF:
- Creation of the PDF viewables from (primarily) Microsoft Office Document formats
- Enabling mark-up in Creo View using:
- Adobe Reader at Windchill 10.0 or later
- Adobe Acrobat at Windchill 9.1 M070

Windchill 10.0 or later Visualization Services (WVS) - for PDF viewables created by non-OFFICE workers, e.g. MCAD workers for CAD Drawings:
