- Axeda Platform package deployments are stalled waiting for evaluation
- SCM (Software Configuration Management) evaluation tasks have not run as scheduled for many hours
- Attempting to disable and re-enable SCM evaluation tasks is not successful
- JDBC(Java Database Connectivity) exceptions in server.log / drm.log
