  • Unable to open PDF in Creo View due to Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader error as follows: 
  • Failed to load the file. Make sure that the registry entry of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader points to the correct installationIf the registry entry is correct, try uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, and then restart.
  • Cannot load a pdf file and a white page is displayed
