Description

  • When configuring a remote SOLIDWORKS worker started using the "GS Worker Daemon" service on the Windows Server 2012 R2 platform, the worker Fails to Start and all Publish Jobs will fail
  • Are Windows Server operating systems supported for configuring cad worker for Solidworks 
  • Worker Status column indicates Fails to start in the Worker Agent Administration UI in Windchill PDMLink
  • Error in logs\cadagent\<worker>\<worker>.log on the Windchill server (where <worker> is of the form <hostname/alias>_<workertype>#, e.g. workerhost_PROE1):
    Opening port <port> on <workerhost> . . .  java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
