Description

  • ACA provides remote session to Axeda Connector, Gateway, Embedded Agent and IDM
  • This requires download, installation and running ACA Client to start remote sessions with assets and supply proxy server, if required
  • ACA Client requires valid certificate, Port 62687 to be open
  • Proxy Server requires adding aca-client.axeda.com to whitelist plus changes in Local Area Network (LAN) settings to allow Port 62687
  • ACA Client message states "Connection Status: Could not connect: Download and/or start Connected Access Client" 
  • Installation failures caused by using wrong binary or wrong Java Virtual Machine
