Upgrade mandatory set of WinDU tasks re-evaluated starting since Windchill PDMLink 10.2

Description
- The pre-upgrade mandatory set of WinDU tasks has been re-evaluated
- Any task that is not absolutely required for recent versions of Upgrade Manager to complete successfully has been removed from the set
(e.g., CheckNumberOfClassicPlansInDatabase is not needed prior to the upgrade) - Some tasks have been:
- Moved to the optional System Health Check set
- Moved to the mandatory post-upgrade set of Verification Suite tasks
- NOTE: These must still be corrected before releasing the upgraded system to production users
- This allows:
- Less delays starting Upgrade Manager rehearsals and UAT testing
- More data cleansing to be completed on the target with the latest versions of WinDU/WinRU
- Less required overall data cleansing for shorter upgrade timeframes
- WinDU task Revision Label Corruption Report is time consuming, is it mandatory before upgrade?
- The pre-upgrade mandatory set of WinDU tasks has been executed for a long time
- WinDU task RevisionSequenceCleanserD and VerifyWfProcesses, are they mandatory before upgrade?
- Windu task ValidateIterFolderMemberLink failed, can skip/ignore it?
