Description
- PTC DeveloperLM License Manager (DLM) server goes silent on UDP port after receiving client request
- DLM server appears to stop listening over the UDP port
- Subsequent license and/or status requests are never responded to nor logged
- After the 3 minutes has elapsed from the initial license request (the default "stale seat period"), the release of the ("dead handle") license seat is logged to the file
- The license service must be restarted to recover
