Active Directory users unable to Login to Windchill

Description

  • Active Directory users are not able to connect/login to Windchill after configuring the JNDI Adapter
    • Users can be searched in Participant Administration but cannot login
    • User can't connect to Windchill because of LicensingException error
  • Error in MethodServer log
wt.session.SessionUsers$PreLoginException: wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicensingException: User is not a member of any valid license groups. Access is denied. You do not have a Windchill license assigned to your account. Contact your administrator for further assistance.
  • Login fails with below error
wt.session.SessionUsers$PreLoginException: wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicensingException: Failed to login. Login user id not found.
