- Installation fails because of Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 redistributables install failure in KEPServerEX / ThingWorx Industrial Connectivity (KSE/TWIC)
- Error message in pop-up Check Root Certificates
Installation of KEPServerEX-[version].exe failed. The installer was unable to find required certificates. Please apply windows updates. If unable to apply Windows updates, contact support for instructions on installing root certificates
