Description
- Reproducible steps:
- Go to Asset Dashboard and select asset requiring remote access
- Under Remote Sessions
- Clicking ACA thereby download and install ACA
- Select Desktop or some other remote connection type
- Dialog will appear with Remote Connection Status as Connected; otherwise, review 262511 to troubleshoot further
- Click Start Session button
- Connection established and Session duration clock will start
- If Autolaunch is enabled, then Axeda Desktop Viewer will automatically download and data bytes will be transmitted; otherwise Cancel, Launch application and End session buttons will be displayed
- With Autolaunch enabled - next message will be "Connection Status: Could not connect: Download and/or start Connected Access Client"
- Same error as #7 will occur when using Launch Application button if proxy server connection is used
- Known Internet Explorer 11 problem with secure web browsing (port 443)
