Description

  • Reproducible steps:
  1. Go to Asset Dashboard and select asset requiring remote access 
  2. Under Remote Sessions 
  3. Clicking ACA thereby download and install ACA
  4. Select Desktop or some other remote connection type
  5. Dialog will appear with Remote Connection Status as Connected; otherwise, review 262511 to troubleshoot further 
  6. Click Start Session button
  7. Connection established and Session duration clock will start
  8. If Autolaunch is enabled, then Axeda Desktop Viewer will automatically download and data bytes will be transmitted; otherwise Cancel, Launch application and End session buttons will be displayed
  9. With Autolaunch enabled - next message will be "Connection Status: Could not connect: Download and/or start Connected Access Client"
  10. Same error as #7 will occur when using Launch Application button if proxy server connection is used
  11. Known Internet Explorer 11 problem with secure web browsing (port 443)
