Reset Password URL does not work if the username is an email address in ThingWorx Platform

Description
- Reset Password page URL in the Account Password Change email does not work if the username is an email address (jsmith@example.com)
- Using the organization's password reset function, and although the reset guide email is sent, there is an issue where I cannot access the link in the email. Please tell me the solution.
- Seeing the following errors within the ApplicationLog.log located in <ThingworxStorage>\logs

- Clicking on Reset Password Link in the password reset mail received open a new page with following error
500 Unexpected Error - Contact your system administrator for more details
