Description
- Apache doesn't start on Microsoft Windows Server with the error :
make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down
- Apache doesn't start on AIX with the error:
Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
- Apache/HTTP Server flashed and disappeared when it was started
- Configuring HTTPS, Apache could not start with error:
Permission denied: AH00072:
AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:443 AH00451: no listening sockets available, shutting down AH00015: Unable to open logs
- Can not login Windchill due to Apache could not start
