Description

  • Error when clicking Live Simulation > Simulate

Your current graphics card does not allow run of Creo Simulation Live.

  • Installer completed with warnings:

Creo installed successfully, but the installer detects that the graphics card (graphics processing unit) for this system does not support Creo Simulation Live.

  • Message when switching to Live Simulation tab:

The graphics card on your computer does not allow you to run Creo Simulation Live.

  • Error on running PTC hardware checker:

We are unable to determine CUDA version. Creo Simulation Live requires CUDA version 9.1 or later. please check for compatible devices or try updating the graphic processing unit (GPU) driver
