Description
- Installing Windchill ESI Business Logic on redhat system and the page throws error message: On a Linux platform the Hawk HMA process must have the same set of rights as a root user.
chown root /opt/ptc/esi_10.2/tibco/hawk/5.2/bin/tibhawkhma
chmod u+s /opt/ptc/esi_10.2/tibco/hawk/5.2/bin/tibhawkhma
After executing the above commands,
Update the /etc/ld.so.conf file and add /opt/ptc/esi_10.2/tibco/tibrv/8.4/lib to the list.
Run 'ldconfi' as root user.
click Done to continue.
