"Advanced Search" icon does NOT appear when open "Compare to Part Structure" with Chrome and Edge (Windchill PDMLink)

Issue does NOT happen with IE11.
Description
- Select a part, at detailed page, click Actions > Compare > Compare to Part Structure, there is NO icon of Advanced Search.
- When you move the window of Compare to Part Structure, icon appears.
- Issue happens with Chrome and Edge.
- Issue does NOT happen with IE11.
