Cannot display the Import Job Monitor after upgrading to Windchill PDMLink

Description
- Issue happens after upgrade to 11.2.1.X
- Import Job Monitor is not working and showing a blank table and not having any files.
- Error in the user interface :
No EnumeratedType exists with "update_checked_out_parts" as its internal value.
- Issue also reported running wt.fv.tools.WContentVerify -vaults (big folder size)
