New Chart Widgets do not allow customization of how the X Axis Label is displayed in ThingWorx Platform

Description
- New Charts in ThingWorx 9.0 do not offer any option to rotate the X Axis Label but instead automatically switches them vertically and truncates them in the Line Chart Widget
- Date Time labels on the X Axis of new ThingWorx Platform 9.0 Charts are truncated
- Long X Axis labels are being truncated in new Chart Widget types
- New Charts in ThingWorx Platform 9.0 do not offer any way customization on how the X Axis Labels are displayed
- XAxisLabelRotation is not present in new Chart Widgets thus cannot configure how X Axis Label is displayed
- Following Chart Widgets in ThingWorx Platform 9.0 do not offer X Axis Label Rotation customization
- Bar Chart (ptc-chartbar)
- Line Chart (ptc-chartline)
- Schedule Chart (ptc-chartschedule)
