Error "Unable to fetch Access Token" is returned when trying to list published solutions for Solution Central in ThingWorx

Description

  • When selecting Manage > Solutions in ThingWorx Composer, errors are received: 
REST service failure
Unable to execute ListSolutions on SolutionCentralSubsystem : Unable to fetch Access Token, check logs for details

 
  • \ThingworxStorage\logs\ApplicationLog.log shows error:
Unable to fetch Access Token - Reason : com.microsoft.aad.adal4j.AuthenticationException: {"error_description":"AADSTS700027: Client assertion contains an invalid signature. [Reason - The key was not found., Thumbprint of key used by client: '<thumbprint>', Please visit the Azure Portal, Graph Explorer or directly use MS Graph to see configured keys for app Id '<Device_ID>'.
