Unable to launch Creo view from Windchill browser

  • Creo View 4.2 to 11.0

Description

  • Creo View does not get launched from Windchill Standalone browser either by clicking on Thumbnail or through Actions>Open in Creo View
  • pvagent.exe process is started but the Creo View Login option does not appear
  • Creo View Client works fine natively
  • Clicking on Creo View but nothing happens
  • Creo View can be launched from the thumbnail while running the browser as an administrator
  • SSO and SSL are configured
