Description

  • "Internal Server Error" when trying to access Application Log from Thingworx Composer
  • "Internal Server Error" when trying to access Script Log from Thingworx Composer
  • When opening Application Log from composer, it will be redirected to Security Log
  • Unable to Invoke Service QueryLogEntries on ApplicationLog : begin 197, end -1, length 224
  • Unable to Invoke Service QueryLogEntries on ApplicationLog : /ThingworxStorage/logs
  • "Unable to Invoke Service QueryLogEntries on ScriptLog : java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException: Input length = 1"
  • Transaction has been marked as a failure for request /Thingworx/Logs/ApplicationLog/Services/QueryLogEntries
  • Accessing Composer > Monitoring > ApplicationLog or any other log result in Internal Server Error being popped up.
  • Tomcat access log shows HTTP 500 error for request Thingworx/Logs/ApplicationLog/Services/QueryLogEntries
  • ApplicationLog.log shows
  • java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: /ThingworxStorage/logs/xxxx
    Transaction has been marked as a failure for request Thingworx/Logs/ApplicationLog/Services/QueryLogEntries


    where xxxx is the name of a custom folder created in ThingworxStorage/logs
