- <ThingworxStorage>/logs/ErrorLog.log records the following error:
Failed to run CreateProblemReport: Unable to execute service CreateItem: Error in createItem - Unable to invoke service ProblemReport_Create on connector ptc-windchill-OData-connector. Error message: Your route exchange has failed. Service operation failed with status [ - Windchill type is not instantiable]
