- Downloading an MP4 Object from Documents fails when using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge in Windchill PDMLink
- If the Preference ”File Download Mechanism” value is set to ”Use basic browser functionality to download files”, downloading an MP4 Object from Documents fails when using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge in Windchill PDMLink
- Downloading an MP4 Object from Documents opens the file in the browser instead of downloading it, when using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge in Windchill PDMLink
- It is unable to open MP4 file using Firefox
- After clicking on Download or Download Primary File of a Document which has as attachment a MP4 file, the file is not getting downloaded but a Browser Media Player is opened (but the file can not be played)
