- Release Advisor does not list the "Development Software" section that lists third-party Jars and libraries
- "Bundled Third Party Software" is not mentioned in the "Software Matrix" pdf and also not mentioned in the "Release Advisor" for Windchill PDMLink 12.1.0.0 onward
