Description
- An user who is made a database administrator (Add Principal -> Principal's Login Name -> Admin Checked) is unable to clear principal locks on a database (via right-click -> Clear Locks -> Clear Principal Locks... -> Relevant username)
- When attempted by the SQL instance admin, they could clear the locks.
- Error: Failed to clear all database locks SFC < 15406 >: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Cannot execute as the server principal because the principal "XXXXX" does not exist, this type of principal cannot be impersonated, or you do not have permission
