Description
- Not able to launch Creo View from the browser, pvagent is started and then closed without prompt the login dialog, no Creo View is launched after that
- Creo View could be launched in standalone mode
- Creo View launched and crashed when opening any model from Windchill
- In AWS ALB (Application Load Balancer) environment, Creo View Client cannot be started from Windchill.
- The environment where the problem is occurring is connected to Windchill via AWS ALB, with a reverse proxy set up on Windchill and a connection protocol conversion from HTTPS to HTTP implemented.
- The Creo View trace log, which can be obtained when setting the environment variable PVIEW_PROC_TRACE, contains the following records:
