Copying and Pasting formatted text always removes formatting in Codebeamer

Description
- When pasting formatted content (for example, text in bold, blue color, italic, etc ...) copied from the Wikitext field of a Tracker Item into another one, the formatting will be lost:
- Other Codebeamer users working on the same tracker and items and repeating the same steps will NOT experience the issue
- The affected user will face the same issue when using the same username, but from another PC
- Some users copy the table from an Excel file and then paste it to Codebeamer, it will miss the format and style, and only keep the text contents
- Some users copy the Tracker name with a hyperlink to another Tracker Item's Description field, it only keeps the Tracker name and misses the hyperlink
