Broken link instead of an image is displayed on wikitext fields in Codebeamer

Description
- Symptoms:
- Images are disappearing / no longer showing on Wikitext fields
- Image/picture/photo are not shown/displayed on Wikitext fields
- Image/picture/photo missed on Description field and other Wikitext fields
- Codebeamer users and editors may notice that instead of showing the actual image, Wiki or Wikitext fields display a broken image icon and plain text with a URL next to it:
- URL format will be: CB:/displayDocument/<image name>.<image extension>?task_id<task id>&artifact_id=<artifact id>&version=<version number>
- The issue may seem random at times, however, after clearing the browser's cache, it will be consistently reproducible for the affected users
- After upgrade CBX 4.3.1 --> CB 21.09-SP14, the version 21.09 won't be able to load certain images on Wiki pages
