How to update support end date of Hardware Key License in PTC Kepware Products

Description
- The license is a hardware key
- We do have support and maintenance on the activation id, but it is outdated on their license utility
- Is there a way to "update" the hardware key support end date?
- Do we just have to make a support-renewal file process like with software licenses, or are hardware licenses linked to the version of kepServer specifically?
