Description
- Users experience a spinning wheel on the Windchill Homepage after entering credentials in Windchill PDMLink
- Windchill Homepage does not load due to missing or inadequate file permissions for specific directories.
- HTTP 401 and 403 errors appear in the Apache access.log file
- Apache error.log shows below error:
“Permission denied: [client x.x]: file permissions deny server access”
