CAD document cannot be retrieved from Creo Parametric embedded workspace

Description
- In Creo Parametric embedded workspace, add the CAD document into workspace and then click open in Creo, it cannot be opened with error:
xxx.prt cannot be retrieved
- Cannot find the object content from physical vault folder
- In history tab of CAD Document details page, the size for the content file is blank:
