Description
- NPRD failure rate won't change when changing the environment
- EPRD failure rate won't change when changing the temperature
- Parts with specified failure rates not affected by changes to temperature
- Parts with specified MTBF values don't recognize changes to the environment setting
- Specified failure rate is not affected by additive or multiplicative adjustment factors
