Description

  • How does one create a second Windows Service that starts the Creo View Worker Daemon on a different port?
  • The <path>\WorkerDaemon.exe -install command only allows creation of a Windows Service that listens on the default port 601
  • How to start multiple Worker Daemon processes, each with a different runtime configuration, e.g. user account, access to the desktop (for Logon as the local SYSTEM account), command-line arguments (port number), etc.
  • GS worker daemon is not installed even if "Configure Worker daemon as a windows service" is selected during Creo view adapters installation.
