Description
- Recommendation of handling exit with Auto Traceback Info dialog having warning, Fatal error encountered. A traceback has been written to C:\Users\Public\Documents\traceback.log. Please send it to Technical Support.
- Pro/ENGINEER has encountered a problem and will exit. Select OK to generate a traceback file for Technical Support. Warning: Fatal error encountered -- a traceback.log file is created in the current working directory
- Creo Parametric has encountered a problem and will exit. Select OK to generate a traceback file for Technical Support. Warning: Fatal error encountered -- a traceback.log file is created in the current working directory
- The traceback contains an error description like:
- Exception EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION has occurred in the thread ####
- Exception EXCEPTION_NONCONTINUABLE_EXCEPTION has occurred in the thread ####
- The number in the description refers to the number of one of the following threads in the traceback
