Description
- Depending on how the Browser is configured, Right-clicking a Representation and selecting a PDF file from the Files sub-menu should
- Open the PDF in the Browser's cofigured PDF viewer or
- Launch a dialog box to Save\Download the PDF file should be displayed
- Using the Google Chrome browser with default settings, neither of these things happens
- At Windchill 10.1 F000, WVS functionality was added which allows the viewing of additional file types directly using the Broswer's configured viewing preferences for that file-type or extension
- This functionality is accessed from the Windchill Representations/Annotations table using the right-click (RMB) > Files action menu for a specific Representation
- Out-of-the-box, PDF files are listed by WVS in this Windchill menu if they are present in the Representation
