Description

  • Mounting folder on Replica site fails with error Create mount for root folder <foldername>​
  • Attempting to mount folder on Replica site fails with Mount path is invalid
  • Unable to retrieve files from replica server 
  • Broadcast configuration to replica site succeeds
  • Error shown in UI:  
    Create mount for root folder "<foldername>" failed.
Nested exception is: wt.util.WTException: Creation of subfolder below root folder "<foldername>" failed. A physical folder corresponding to the root folder mount path "C:\ptc\Vaults\<foldername>" does not exist.
  • Error in MethodServer log:  
    ERROR [ajp-bio-8010-exec-1] wt.fv.replica  - Could not get host description for <hostname> from cache.
ERROR [ajp-bio-8010-exec-1] wt.fv.replica  - This could mean that the configuration information is out of date, or that the master site does not have the correct host/site name
ERROR [ajp-bio-8010-exec-1] wt.fv.replica  - Stop and start the replica method server or perform broadcast configuration for this site.

Check the Method Server logs for more details. wt.wrmf.delivery.WTDeliveryException: wt.wrmf.delivery.WTDeliveryException: wt.wrmf.transport.WTTransportException: (wt.wrmf.delivery.deliveryResource/15) wt.wrmf.delivery.WTDeliveryException: Delivery service indicated failure on the target site: "Can not invoke the method "addRemoteAutoFolder" declared in class "wt.fv.replica.StandardReplicaService"."
  • Unable to validate vaults against cluster nodes in cluster environment and MethodServer logs report following error:  
    ERROR [wt.fv.FileServersImpl.updateAndNotifyThresholdTimer] wt.fv  - Error occured in getActiveFolderFromDatabase API
wt.util.WTException: Mount not found for host: Hostname = [<hostname>] at wt.fv.StandardFvService.evaluateIfMountNotValid(StandardFvService.java:9670)
 at wt.fv.StandardFvService.isAnyMountNotValid(StandardFvService.java:9614)
 at wt.fv.StandardFvService.getActiveFolderFromDatabase(StandardFvService.java:6233)
  • Replica site is showing as read only from server status page. Primary content is not going in vault path when document is created
  • Method server start up with errors: "Mount not found for host" after rename.
