Description
- Can not access Windchill Help Center
- Post Upgrade from Windchill PDMLink 9.1 all users, all browsers are unable to access Windchill Help Center
- UI Error:
Authentication Required, endless loop as will not authenticate
- Windchill Help requires credentials
- Only Windchill Administrators can access Windchill Help
- Non Administrator users can't access Windchill Help
- Unable to use / open Windchill Help Center with error:
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request
- Unable to access Windchill Help Center, after migrating users to Active Directory (AD)
- Can not access Windchill Help Center after installing Help Center in Windchill 12.0.1.0 and above
