- Several error messages can be returned for this issue:

- Unable to upload data set and create model
- After clicking the upload data tab it is showing above error in Analytics Builder though Analytics server is up and running
- Cannot verify the connection in the Setting session in Analytics Builder page, no response after pressing the buttons.
- Not able to connect ThingWorx Analytics Server to ThingWorx Analytics Builder
- The Verify Configuration Button does not work in ThingWorx Analytics Builder
