We are using an external technology – SlapFive – to record your honest and unfiltered feedback so we can share this with our Technical Support Engineers and the various content producers at PTC and ensure our Knowledge Base is meeting your expectations.

How it works:

Open the link in your browser (Chrome or IE) and provide your contact details. Please use your business email.
- Answer one or all of the prompts using your computer camera. Skip the questions you don’t want to answer. No app download is required!
- Your video for this project is meant for internal use, however, you can specify if you are open to sharing it with other customers, too.
A few tips to get you started:

Think about what you want to say. Jot down or type out your ideas if that helps.
- Prepare your recording space. Find a place where you can record your video without interruption. The ideal recording spot will have plenty of natural light (make sure you are facing a window) and have minimal background noises which could interfere with your audio.
- Ensure your camera and microphone are enabled. If you get a pop-up requesting access to your microphone and camera, click Allow. Check your computer camera settings to make sure that your camera is enabled and that another app doesn’t have control of it. Built-in laptop cameras and microphones are fine.
