Not Planned - A Patch or CD Image may be “Not Planned” for a number of reasons including:

• Mature Product Release Stream that is no longer being developed.
• A New CD Image is not necessary to address the Timeout issue.

Download - The required file(s) are available for download.  Select on the Product Release link.

Order / Download - A new CD image may be Ordered or Downloaded by all customers Active on Maintenance via the Software Request/Download Tool.
