• Very frequent MethodServer crashes, many hs_err_pid files created
• Windchill is starting but after few minutes MethodServer processes are crashing
• MethodServer logs may contain:

WARNING: Unable to start async because the following classes in the processing chain do not support async [wt.httpgw.filter.WTContextBeanFilter,org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet,wt.servlet.ServletRequestMonitorFilter,com.ptc.core.ui.validation.URLValidationFilter,wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicenseFilter,wt.servlet.RequestInterrupter,wt.servlet.CompressionFilter]
java.lang.IllegalStateException: A filter or servlet of the current chain does not support asynchronous operations.

• Lot of files like hs_err_pidXXX.log created in Windchill/opt/ntService
• hs_err_pid contains info as below:
